Training with Perifit: Insertion and training position
Insert the Perifit into your vagina
Insert the probe so that both pebble-shaped sensors are inside the vagina. The lotus should be on the bottom, with the wire directed upwards toward your belly.
Adjust the depth so that the narrowest part of the Perifit, just above the collar, is at the entrance of your vagina. You may use a water-based lubricant if needed.
The white collar should be aligned with your front-to-back axis, with the ON/OFF button directed toward your clitoris and the lotus LED toward your anus. This position is important to keep as it allows sensors to work the most effectively.
If you are a new user, we recommend that you lie down comfortably with your knees bent and legs slightly apart. This will be the most comfortable position as you get started with your training.
With that being said, some users do use Perifit while standing up. If you are using your Perifit while standing up, your pelvic floor will be working against gravity to keep the Perifit inside. If your pelvic floor is not strong enough, the Perifit will slide out. So, it may be necessary to keep training while lying down until your pelvic floor is strong enough to handle the standing position.
